My stop on the H&K Blog Hop
Hello and welcome to day one of
the Hugs and Kisses Blog
Hop.
This is yet another hop from the creative mind of Madame Samm and was
organized by the lovely Jane. Thank you Madame Samm and Jane for letting me
take part!
Today I have two little projects to show off. Both are unfinished as I was lucky enough to
come down with a stomach flu which left no time for sewing! However,
if I can get better and really try I still might have them done in time for the 14th...maybe..LOL
The first project I am calling Windows of Love
And here it is in a window...lol
My second project doesn't have a name yet
I hope you had fun on your stop today. I enjoyed having you
by and I hope you stay around for the rest of the hop!! Make sure that you
check out what my lovely co-hosts created today. I promise you will be
inspired! For the full hop list just click the hugs and kisses hop button.
Have a great day!
Espero suas melhoras rápido.Você decidiu se vai ser uma colcha ou caminho de mesa, acho que queria uma colcha romantica.
ReplyDeleteYour window block looks like stained glass on your window. Lovely rich colors. The other block reminds me of a garden stepping stone. Hope you are soon well again. Thanks for sharing ... XOXOXO ... :) Pat
ReplyDeleteGet well soon!
ReplyDeleteYour blocks are so pretty and I'm hoping you will be well enough to finish them by the 14th.
Hope you are feeling better today. Your little hearts will be wonderful when they are finished! (Your link doesn't seem to be working from the blog hop.... I had to google you to find your blog.)
ReplyDeleteI hope that you soon will be feeling better. And your hearts will be wonderful when they are finished.

ReplyDeleteThe blocks are sweet and I am sure will be great when finished.
ReplyDeleteDid you know that your link on Madame Samm's page goes to a Yahoo 404 page?
Thank goodness for google I was able to locate your blog! All the other links I've tried...well lets just say I ended up other places.
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to seeing your Windows of Love when it is completed! Bad stomach flu!!! May today bring healing to your body, loads of energy and hours of sewing fun!
Very pretty. I like the fabrics that you used. The flu is not nice to get and I sure hope you are feeling better soon.
ReplyDeleteI hope you're feeling better by now!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your blocks!
Take care
Thanks for sharing your cute Valentine's project.
ReplyDeleteGlad you're on the mend. Nice blocks and I thought of a name for your second block. How about "Box of chocolate". WHen seeing that chocalate heart expand out of the center of that block, all I could wrap my brain around is Forrest Gump and his talking about a box of chocolates and never knowing what you'll get in the inside. lol
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing, very creative. JAne

ReplyDeleteLove your hearts! FYI, some of the links on the other blogs do not send us to your blog. I kept getting an error message on several links. So, already familiar with your blog, I just knew you were still around. I googled your blog and finally got you!! You may want to check with Jane to make sure she has your correct blog address.

Gmama Jane
Beautiful! Love them!
ReplyDelete(and I was having the same problem as Gmama Jane :))
Very crisp and pretty. Some of your links are not working, but the one on Jane's site does. Hope you are feeling better.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! Hope you are feeling better soon.
ReplyDeleteI love the window shot of your first project! I've actually created a curtain of white muslin and red fabrics specifically to highlight the art of the seam allowances when the sun shines through.
ReplyDeleteSorry you've been feeling under the weather and hope you're doing better soon. In your first project, since the fabrics all have the same design, it gives the appearance of the flowers being sprinkled over them. So cool! I think both your pieces are lovely; good luck at getting them finished!
ReplyDeleteHi!! Your pillows are so lovely!!! I love them both!!! Thank You
ReplyDeleteVery pretty blocks. I love the fabrics you chose.
ReplyDeleteI love both of your little blocks! You could just about make anything, very versatile!
