QAL post 3

I was so excited about getting the blocks done I didn't even think to put the borders together..
So they are not...lol
I have to go and unpick quite a few and try to match them up better

This one is not perfect but good enough for me :P

This one is horrible and has about 6 or more buddies...lol

Okay off to do some unpicking

In other news I just finished making 8 jars of dill slices and i should be cleaning the house...lol

  1. I struggled with these too, Mrs P - there was a lot of re-doing and block-wrangling as I recall! Glad I did it though.

  2. Nah, this is much more fun than that rude word beginning with "cle" that you used. I too found some of the blocks needed a bit of persuading to look good, but I think it's worth it in the end.

  4. I did some unpicking too so don't feel bad. Garden fresh picked cukes are the best.

  5. Oh, I don't think you were alone on the 'un-picking' process of these blocks.

  6. Thank you for coming along to play today, Mrs P, I have had such a heap of fun as a Beach Babe in September!

I'm looking forward to seeing which of the gazillion of layouts possible that you choose...that Sue is a rotter, isn't she!? ;-)

  7. The diamonds almost got left out of my quilt. I considered the trash. Keep at it, you'll get it. Happy quilting!
